Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

5 Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Characters We Like With the next fighter in the  Super Smash Bros. Ultimate  Fighter Pass to be revealed soon, we thought we would take the time to share our personal top 5 favorite fighters in Smash Ultimate. The greatest thing about Smash Bros. is discovering a character that you connect with to call your main. Super Smash Bros Ultimate has about 88 fighters, making it one of the largest character rosters in any fighting game. While of course you should give all characters a try at least once, you’ll eventually stick to a handful for competitive play. Terry From the Fatal Fury series, Terry Bogard made his way into Smash last November as part of the first Fighter’s Pass. When he was first announced, many players were interested but not as hyped as Fatal Fury isn’t a popular franchise. Previous fighters like Piranha Plant and Joker, quickly made it to the top and bottom tier for competitive play, but Terry has lingered around the middle. It wasn’t until I

Worst Video Game Tutorials

5 Great Games with Terrible Tutorials   You can’t judge a book by its cover, and you also can’t judge a game by its first level. (Or its cover, for that matter.) However, a game has to hook you in to keep playing it. Some games have such bad openings, though, that players might put them down before they even get any further. Games don’t have to be perfect at the start, but they have to be fun enough to make you keep playing. Not every game accomplishes this, and for one reason or another, the beginning can be the actual worst part of the game. Here are  Five Great Games  that we, and many others, hated in the beginning. Fallout 2 Temple of Trials The original Fallout, released in 1997, started your character off with simple RPG fare. Your vault dweller’s only threat were some rats, and you were free to dispose of them however you chose. You were pretty free to start off your character’s build and plan however you wanted. The rats wouldn’t kill you instantly if you decided to be a chari

Simpsons SNES Games

All Simpsons SNES Games Ranked The  Simpsons Video Games  have found their way onto almost every game console for all generations. From masterpieces like Simpsons Hit & Run to disgraces like Simpsons Wrestling, it can safely be said that most gamers have played at least one Simpsons game in their lifetime. The Super Nintendo had four Simpsons video games, and we’re going to rank them from worst to best! 4. The Itchy & Scratchy Game Current Value: $25-$27 This is the least memorable of The Simpsons video games released on retro consoles and rightfully so; the Simpsons family isn’t even in it! It also has a tasteless soundtrack, noticeable bugs, and awful jumping mechanics. There are seven levels in this game, each requiring you to kill Scratchy; that’s basically the entire story. For those who enjoyed this game, we recommend Tom & Jerry for the SNES for similar gameplay. 3. Virtual Bart Current Value: $35-$39 Bart discovers a virtual reality exhibit at the school science fai

Cancelled N64 Games

7 Cancelled N64 Games We Wish We Got When it comes to cancelled games, the N64 is an unparalleled console. The hardware was difficult to develop for, and Nintendo is notoriously difficult to work with when it comes to negotiating special agreements. There were plenty of great games for the system, but there is a wealth of games that never saw the light of day. Some got stuck in development hell, some fell through due to business negotiations, and some were completely repurposed into different projects. All of them, though, are pieces of gaming history–the ones that were successfully documented, at least. Here are seven  Cancelled N64 Games  we wish we had. Super Mario 64 2 The Nintendo 64 Disk Drive was an expansion for the N64, planned to expand its processing power and graphics capabilities. It never came to the US, and was a commercial failure in Japan. Despite this, Nintendo did a lot of work on games for the semi-system, including “Super Mario 64 2.” In short, the real reason fans
